Premier League’s best player and manager for the month of October have been awarded to Jamie Vardy and Frank Lampard.
The Leicester City striker scored four goals in three appearances for the Foxes including a hat-trick during their 9-0 win at Southampton.

Chelsea manager Lampard scooped the manager’s award after his side recorded all three victories and secured maximum points in the month.
The Blues defeated Southampton 4-1, Newcastle 1-0, and Burnley 4-2 and further cemented their hold in the Premier League following a 2-1 win over Watford in November.
Christian Pulisic’s hat-trick at Burnley would be one of Lampard’s favourite moment in October and the United States international also made his first selection count with a goal against Watford.
