Alfredo Pedullabelieve the Macedonian midfielder, 26, could sign his four-year deal and have it all confirmed as soon as tomorrow.
And it could spell good news forUnitedas they look to try and wrap up the signing of Fernandes.

I want Bruno Fernandes to stay, but everyone knows the current situation. It’s going to be difficult to keep him.
Marcel Keizer, Sporting Manager
And even Sporting are beginning to resign themselves to the fact that they are going to struggle to hold on to their star man.
President Frederico Varandas admitted they may be forced to sell Fernandes, but only if they received a club-record fee.
He said: “It could be the most expensive sale of Sporting.
“The most expensive so far was Joao Mario, for €40m (£36m). There have been only talks for Bruno Fernandes, for now.”
And Marcel Keizer has also spoken about Fernandes’ future.
He admitted: “I want Bruno Fernandes to stay, but everyone knows the current situation.
“It’s going to be difficult to keep him. He’s on vacation, we’ll see what happens.”
